PMT Magna Roller Separator is "Self Cleaning Separator". It is used to remove ferrous contamination from the products such as food products- (Flour, Maida, Suzi), chemicals, ceramics, etc. Magna Roller Separator is available with hopper, drive motor, belt & adjustable hopper tray.

The Magna Roller unit is available either with hopper and drive arrangement or only the belt and roller arrangement. It consists of two rollers and a belt rotating over the rollers at 24- 40 rpm. The head pulley is made up of "Gemini Rare Earth Powerful Magnets" & the second pulley is non-magnetic pulley. As the product on the belt passes over the Magnetic head pulley, the iron particles stick to the belt while the non-magnetic particles due to gravity fall freely off the belt into the non-magnetic chute.

The feed hopper is made up of stainless steel 304, with an adjustable hopper tray to control the flow of product. The magnetic roll incorporated in the Magnet Roller unit is designed to generate high magnetic field for greater level of iron separation. They are available in standard sizes or customized sizes to suit end user requirements.
